To rent on a Saturday night for some nearly 18s and some just turned 18's that wont ID on the door. Needs to be modern.

Dont think you are going to get away with this, defo not in Liverpool anyway, might be better idea to get in touch with a pub somewere that you might be able to get a function room in.

You're not going to get in anywhere 'modern' I don't reckon. Think more dive of a pub with a dodgy landlord who will look the other way

You may be best looking for a restaurant thats not in the centre that has a function room with a bar in it. Other than that you're either going to have somewhere that just wont let under 18's in, or a shithole.
