ask in the right section - Help & Modification.
It all boils down to budget... How much do you want to spend?
If its only a few hundred a decent exhaust and airfilter along with a service!
If its a serious project with some cash behind it.... hmm
Throttle Bodies
decent exhaust manifold (BTB / SBD Spec C if going for 200+bhp)
2.5" exhaust sys
Decent ECU
280'ish degree cams - pretty much the max without a bit of work to use solid lifters.

264deg cams and verniers - £400 maybe if you can get some bargains
Fitting - can you DIY
ECU - you'd need a DECENT ecu, not a chip. Look into standalone ECU's or its not really worth the hassle of changing the cams and pullies to be honest.

and being honest about cams too...
I'd only really change them after or in conjunction with increased breathing... I.E. ITB's.
You can prob get a TB kit on for the same price as cams/verniers and mapping.... or not far off. I do that before cams.

Bodies will need aftermarket.
Looking at 2k+ for a full setup with everything you need to run them iirc.

most TB 'kits' will include a suitable ECU. DTA, MBE, MegaSquirt etc etc
