Equality is when things are to be even. Like money that women earn in the workplace.

Diversity is having a choice and range of things.

Equality in the college is seen as the framework and culture which arises from our Mission Statement. It is made up of policies and procedures to ensure a consistent, non discriminatory, safe environment
Diversity describes the difference between each of us. Within a culture of equality that diversity among our students and staff can be celebrated and encouraged. We aim to treat each person as an individual

Yeah most weren't really revelant as they're specifically aimed at something and i'm looking at a generalised answer.

Any answer you can find can be easily generalised, the words just about define themselves.

Equality is making everything the same no matter what the item/person.

Diversity is a wide range of objects/people/

That's like asking what the difference is between sandwiches and lamp posts.

My taste in music is diverse.

My testicles are equal. To each other. More or less.

Well, I could be wrong, but I believe diversity is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era

Diversity - treating each person as an individual according to their needs

Equality - treating everyone the same regardless of differences.

Equality is making special effort with small groups of people and penalising the predominant groups while pretending to treat people equally.

Diversity is patronising people who are different by making special examples of them and ensuring that they're over-represented in all marketing and publicity.
