Fucking hideous. My dad had one of these years ago, he had to go to the doctors twice to have it emptied.

First time they didn't get it all out, next time he went back and the nurse that done it really went for it and it stunk out the surgery, she pushed it until the core came out.

I think my dad ate the core.

I have one on my ear which I had removed under local anaesthetic; after it was removed and stitched up, there has always been 2 small holes at the front of the scar and about once every 6 months I have to "purge" it. The stuff that comes out is like lard and stinks!
