I recently got one of these on contract but didnt take out the insurance as it was excessive,

anyhow lately the phone has become awfulli slow takes 4-5mins too load up background and adress book and when all loaded it can take upto 2mins to load up just a blank page to write a message,

the only thing i can think of is that it was in the bathroom when i had a shower and the room was steamy could this be the cause of the problem,

also can i fix this or do i require a new phone

I'm not sure if this will work, but it could just need a factory reset?

do you have much stuff saved on phone memory/memory card? i have a tocco lite also, goes slow sometimes when i fill my memory card up... however not 4-5 mins, more like 4-5 seconds
