go to leeds, it happens all the time. its alot more intimate that seperate cubilces too. theres a piece of wood about 3 foot tall seperating you and the person next to you the bottom of the cubicles are completely open as is the top 
one time i was sat there taking care of business next to a girl who was just laughing her head off, i don't think she could see my penis so i asked her if she was having a good time. she never replied
