Headingley is the main student area around Leeds, about £5 out of the centre in a taxi.

Its closer to a tenner to town from Headingley now! The Box and Arc are full of the pretentious fitties that will then go down to Call Lane.

HiFi club is usually good, hobnob night is ace (funky music with hobnobs) and Wire was ok (is it still open?) - about all i can remember from my trips to leeds
