Right just literally finished plumbing in my oil pressure and oil temp gauges, as my sandwich plate finally turned up!

Now i have fitted the sandwich plate done oil change etc but for some reason my pressure guage is reading as far right as it will go im almost sure i have wired it up correctly. What could be the cause??
