primer, spray paint, lacuer are prob the best sprays. (seriously, halfords or motorfactor will have some)
Best technic, rub the wheel down to a smooth finish, prime, paint, laqcuer .

Take you're time, as i've just wasted a days work by fucking spraying alot of black over alot of white :@

use U-POL primers there loads better, only uses halfords basecoat if you must there other sruff like lacquer is rubbish......

make sure you get yourself some grey lowest course scotch bright for keying, which will aid the strength of the finish also

Get some grey scotch pads from some sort of bodyshop supplier, rub the wheel down with the scotch to key the surface so the paint sticks, as for the chips, sand them down as much as you can without miss shaping the surface then give them a light skim of stopper, sand that down til smooth and flat enough to accept primer.

Rubbed down, etch primer, any filler for damage, filler primer on the fronts, spray, lacquer, rubbing compound if necessary.

Thats what mine was done like anyways. Take your time preparing, will be more rewarding in the final result.
