Or Grosvenor House JW Marriott for £199 room only. (This is the London Flagship hotel)

Extra one on the bottom now.
To be honest these are all great hotels. Chancery Court is very nice, I stayed there for my 25th. Its in a good location. It has a great restaurant too called Pearl.
Grosvenor Sq. has Gordon Ramsey's Maze restaurant which would be worth eating at.
County Hall is right behind the London Eye, so great location etc and theres a B&B rate available whereas the others are all room only so thats a bonus. Marriott Breakfasts are awesome. But would cost you about £22 each if on a room only rate!
Grosevnor House JW (th one I added on the end) is seen as the flagship Marriott in the UK.
If it was me, i'd go for Chancery Court, County Hall (on the B&B rate) or Grosvenor House.
Best thing is to have a good look at the website and choose from there. Do you want a pool? If so some have them, some don't so its best to have a good look.

I can get cheap rates for anyone I choose at any Marriott in the world. But it does depend on availability. During busy periods staff rates aren't always available.
