This is why most companies I've worked for have zero drink policies - some even breath test.

ahhh...
I remember those good days.
Don't do it at my current company, but used to at seiko...
I remember returning semi pissed and walking around feeling a bit tipsy Speaking to other people in the company who could smell the alcohol
I remember a couple of times a few of them had competitions to see who could drink the most in the lunch break
Hilarious taking a sobre office and adding a few drunk people into it... stumbling around, knocking things over, not being able to do their job or answer questions properly! aaaahhhh fridays.

Didnt tell him, and made him down the 2nd pint as we had to get back to class for a maths test...he was pretty wasted, so just stood up half way through n said fuck this then stumbled out teacher wasnt impressed

It's all good. Life as a research student is fun, until you realise that you haven't met your bi-weekly targets and you need to figure out a good excuse as to why... Luckily that asn't happened yet

We've done it at work. Went up to the chippy, got our food then went to the pub near the chippy had our dinner and a pint then back to work.
Then when you get back, you can't be bothered at all

Do it every Friday, just the 2 pints, down at 1 back at 2. Luckily our MD comes down, and he gets tipsy after 2
Always seem to get back and phone clients up that i should have during the week! Alcohol makes it easier to deal with the shit ones!
Makes the afternoon bearable though.

My first year at college was pretty much like this every friday, I actually used to shut up and do more work after having a drink.
I have the weakest bladder ever after even one pint so I would have to go to the toilet several times an hour.
