nope but its on the list of places to go foe me. i think it'd be worth getting out of the city a little bit too. i think theres lots to see temple wise and all that business, as well as some stunning countryside.
i looked at some tours a while back and decided it had to be done. not cheap though sadly

My mate moved over there to teach English and he loves it. He's stayed in India and Australia for periods of time but prefers Japan over both.

I think Lost in Translation has ruined that ambition for me, I doubt I'd be able to go there now without feeling vaguely melancholy and out of place
probably have 'Just Like Honey' playing in my head all the time too.

I've been to Hiroshima, I flew over one morning in a plane named Enola Gaye, dropped something off and flew back again.

Tokyo is great.
If you have more time, visit osaka and kyoto via the bullet train etc. I find Osaka the best place to visit in Japan, so much more culture and things to see.
Tokyo still has things to see, but is more of a business district etc.

It's on my list of places to go when I'm rich.
I'd have to take a lot of spending money if I went there I think
