I dont work in any of the shops no. I have 5 of them and work on the business side of things.
Anyway, back on topic, people will be shocked if they think £1200 is expensive for a ring as weddings are not cheap

At least that way I wont have to dress like a cunt all day & pick up the bill to watch cousins I dont like getting wrecked at my expense!

nah not right now to many things to spend cash on! Shes wants the house doing up and we have booked florida next year her big ssi is getting married in florida i asked her if she would like to just get married quick over there and have a big party back home and shes all for it so ill see what happens dont want to take any attention off her big sis as shes spend 1000s already on the wedding

28 (only a few months back).
9 years.
Kinda personnal thing to say, it kinda usually is 1 months salary. My advice, look online, research the company, you can get a LOT more for your money by shopping around over going to shops. You can literally "build" your rings online.
I was VERY sceptical about online purchasing, so i researched the company, picked my ring design, my diamond, then actually called them to order it.
I save probably £1500-£2k on my fiancees ring by shopping around, and got a much nicer diamond becuase of it
