Corsa C 1.8 SRI in ultra blue

Ive just bought myself this low milage (29k) corsa SRI, with fsh, on an 05 plate....

bodywork seems very tidy which is what i wanted, although its hard to show it at this time of year with all the crap on the roads!

i previously had the 2000 model 1.4 corsa sport, but i do a little bit of moterway miles so wanted something with a bit more grunt, so bought this

anyway, ive got some nice plans for her in the future:

- got to be lowered all round on some decent suspension
- new or re-furb the wheels after this weather clears up!
- de-badge, probably opel badges all round as i like them
- nice exhaust system cat back with a 3" round tip i think, nothing to loud!
- de restrict the airbox and fit k&n panel filter
- new front grill
- repaint the calipers
- probably fit a new splitter off a cupra or laguna

i want to keep the theme nice and suttle as i like the little modifications that give it the finishing touch if you know what i mean. i quite like the bumpers, arches and skirts on the car as they are so im not going to change these

anyway a cupple of pics of her when i got it home:

opinions and comments welcome as im on the lookout for help and idea's

thanks,
Sam

Made a start today and de-restricted the airbox... hopefully will fit a nice k&n panel filter when i get chance to go buy one....

i took out all the un-nessesary pipes and drilled some holes to give it a raspy sound and better airflow

im going to get some nice door sill plates as i think they look plain, and it seriously needs lowering but i need to find a decent kit for it first for the right money. 60mm kits for the corsa c arnt readily available, everyone seems to only do 40mm. and i need to get a spare afternoon to fit them!

im also looking for a nice grill. when i get one i will fit all the opel badge i have for the boot aswell

Had Lockwood sill protectors on mine. Wasn't sure too start with as I hate chrome, but certainly looked ok imo, and stopped the paint underneath getting fooked up.

Got them on eBay iirc.:
