Tea bag, hot water, leave tea bad in for ages, take out, add sugar, stir.
No milk for me. All depends on teabag though.
Only drink it with no milk as i'm not meant to have milk and can't be arsed with soya, its shit in tea and there is never any about. Really used to it now with no milk. Twinings everyday or tetley for me.

Yup, teabag-water-milk is the process i do. Milk only goes in first when it's coffee, as hot water scorches coffee granules.

Water has to be boiling when it hits the teabag to release full flavour so I would go with:
Teabag
Boiling water
Mash teabag against side of cup and stir
Milk and sugar
Stir again

Mug first.
teabag
spoon
milk
sugar
hot water
stir 5 times clockwise
stir 5 times counter-clockwise
(when you change direction you mix more sugar in)
then enjoy
