hi i have a c20 let with phase 2 chips
samco boost pipes
evo intercooler
engines stript down n starteed to get rebuilt
whts else is the best stuff to put on with phase 2
ive got a set of xe cams on the wae as well as some saab reds

Don't need saab reds on phase 2 a dont think. Solid boost pipes?

uprated actuator , better spark plugs , z20let head gasket, cam cover breather mod and a catch tank.

cheers do u need to mod anythin with the z20let head gasket or does it fit strait on was going to put a cossie actuator on it cheers guys

you have to drill 2 of the rivets out of it thats all .. youl see which ones when you try fit it as they get in the way of the block and head faces.

you dont need both cams mate.. just the xe inlet cam and one vernier to retard it 7 degrees on the timing. Uprated actuator, stick with the yellows on phase 2 otherwise you'll get bore wash as it will over fuel to death, adj reg, better boost hose's, good efficiant exhaust and cooler and your done mate. you should see a good reliable strong 260-270 with that

the regal enlarged top hat is a good upgrade for phase 2 aswel

is it true that the standard injectors are only good for 250bhp as a few people have said that

standards will do about 300 with the fuel pressure raised abit

A used std kkk wont do 300, rebuilt fresh one maybe, fueling will be fine as long as you set it up with a wideband and dont run std boost on phs 2 chips lol

not true. theyre at about 95% duty when you try and run phase 3.5 etc which isnt a good place to run your injectors. 300bhhp aint really a problem but to make sure id get them ultrasonically cleaned and flow checked to be safe.

somewhere local will be able to do it. usually about 30-40 quid a set of 4. look in yellow pages or ask engine builders or something.
