These any good? Been looking at a set and they seem pretty good.
They good for road use and maybe track once of twice a year?

I dont like mine. Theres no camber adjustment, and if you want new springs you can only use thiers.

i think theyre alright. have had them for a couple of years. id rather use excetric top mounts to do camber anyway so they suit me quite well.

I think they are quite good to be honest. I had them on my red xe and seemed to do the job more than well.

I've got the Krypton gas ones and it's the best investment I've made on my car. Got a custom front 280lb front spring for the weight and the adjustable dampening matches spring rate spot on. Set them up 12 months ago and never had to touch them since. As mk4_boy said, they go real low. Mine still have about 50mm of thread left and is very low now.

Wicked. I've been offered a set for £250, not sure what springs come with it though.

What engine you got in? If you got an xe or let go for a firmer poundage on the front. I had standard poundage to start and it was horrendous with the let and f28 so much so that the springs actually squashed from the bounce.

I had them on the LET, was amazed at how well they behaved in the bends compared to previous spring/shock setups I had in the past. Even with a heavy LET in the front, it pissed all over my 1.6 sport for cornering ability

Yeh it bounced and flexed real bad but then again, it could've been the shock that'd shot too. I tried to fit the springs to my mates Corsa and the springs were over 50% the size of standard ones and wouldn't clamp in the top mount.

well i will be changing mine to gaz this weekend so will see what the difference is like.
ive actually quite liked the spax thought. theyre not that bumpy, not that hard unless you set them like so.
overall id rate them. not nurbergring tap times good. but for a none elite driver, theyre good enough.
