im not bothered about it as such, its just one of those things i look into when thinking about buying a new car. i can get as low as 15mpg out of the vts if driven spiritedly

I regularly see 350 miles to a tank, and thats not granny driving everywhere either.

I used to do 70 miles a day commute in mine and regulary see 350 - 400 miles to a tank, that was sitting at 90ish on the motorway everyday.

Power to weight. Engines meant for pulling cavaliers and such like around all day, so its laughing when it gets put in a car that weights just under a ton. Alot less labour on the engine thus better fuel economy!

When i drove my xe steady i would see 80 or so miles to £10

i get roughly 330 mile to £40 and i dont drive slow

I'm yet to settle down properly in mine yet, not abusing it as it's been sat for 2 months unused, but am putting my foot down every so often

Got 135 miles to around 1/2 a tank in the first 3 days of using it which didn't seem great Will see once I'm using it more and more if it settles down, I'm sure it will. Will probably get it a service soon-ish anyway.
