What's the budget?

For a couple of hundred quid, get a 4-2-1 manifold and a decat system.

For a few hundred more get it cam'd and mapped.

For a lot of money get TB's or a Turbocharger conversion. Talk to Warren G about the lot of it tbh.

complete stainless exhaust system, dont expect a massive power increase though

I have;
Dbilas Induction Kit
4-1 Manifold,Decat & System
Dbilas Inlet Manifold
Im getting my Head Ported & Polished next week (Hopefully)
Then some Cams & A Remap

This lot is hitting my wallet quite hard though.So in your case i would certainly think about a Manifold,Dbilas Induction Kit & An aftermarket Inlet Manifold.

depends on budget

id get a turbo kit lol

if on a tight budget - id get

remap, deresitriced airbox panel filter, 1.9 intake pipe

i have the above, without the remap yet, will see 137-140bhp with a map i wreckon



i personaly dont like the dbilas intake mainfold, you loose to much torque in the midrange, and thats why i like the 1.8, the drivabilty or them

get some cams instead, mine went well with some 256 degree cams,

i have a dbilas stage 1 turbo kit on mine and tbh it flies




N/A on a smaller budget:

cams
ebay inlet (dbilas copy)
de retricted airbox and panel filter with 1.9 veccy intake
vextra/astra x18xe1 exhaust mani with the sump off the same car

full exhaust

map 170 bhp
