has anyone been on one of these days? is it worth it? i dont do track driving but would like to learn more about driving fast safely, and not so i can rag my car around on public roads before the band wagon jumps in

i done a driving experience which taught some of the things on that site. obviously not to such a great extent but it definitely improved my awareness and when/where to brake before entering corners etc.

it's a good experience.
