Next time: boil a kettle full of water and then stand it in a sink of cold water (in a jug or what ever). Keep drinking that because it's sterile and you'll have something to puke back up.

It's what I had to do last weekend or I was just struggling

morning

i had food poisoning about 4 years ago, may be 4 of the worst days of my life. my mum was ill at the same time as we both ate the same meal. i wouldn't wish it on anybody tbh, it taught me a valuable lesson on what i eat though.


ps, absolutely fucked, been putting big holes in thick walls again, i looked like i starred in the rammstein video for sonne
