My internet connection speed is all over the show tonight. Keeps going from 54Mbps down to 18Mbps. Trying to watch something on sopcast which usually works fine but its screwing it up tonight. its just permanently skipping and then freezing for ages.

Anything I can do to sort it?

That sounds more like your wireless connection to the router rather than your actual Internet speed.
