My eagle f1's lasted much longer than the T1r's which were too soft and pretty shit even when it was slightly damp. Also with such a soft tyre wall they were destroyed after a day at brands.
But you can't drive?
The T1R were brilliant at the GP Track and I absolutely hammered that car around there on the second session when toying with Will & Lee and Will was on the R888.
What someone classes as shit usually means they haven't really tested them just had a few 'moments' and blamed it on the tyres.
The sidewalls are soft, granted but not so bad that it affects the car that much and "destroyed" after 40 minute hard session.
You had a good experience with them, I didnt, dont be a prick about it.

I disagree, I had mine fitted in April, covered about 20k miles since then, 4 15 minute sessions at Lydden, a day at Brands and still had tread left but I changed them to be safe

Excellent in the dry and wet. If your car has shit handling already, don't expect them to improve it. Simple as that.
Shit car with Proxes, shit.
Half decent car with Proxes, much better.

Had them on my Clio Cup which I would consider to be brilliant handling and they were shit.

Well in that case it comes down to personal preference. Looking at the comments here, people either hate them or love them. I think they're fantastic, from some nice continentals, the Proxys made an improvement, both in wet and dry and would not hesitate on having another set on all four corners.
