In Northern Ireland we are restricted to 45mph for our 1st year of driving and have to display a red "R" plate for that year

Was just about to say that. When I visited a friend who moved out there I asked what the red R was. Strange to see the Red R's on cars like toyota starlets etc Just 45mph would make me cry
