A friend of mine got caught doing 60mph in a 40mph zone.

The police said she has to go to court.

If she pleads guity she will just get a £60 fine and 3 points.

Is this true?

Another mate got caught doing 100mph on the motorway and the police let him off

60 in a 40 is a fair amount over, could end up with more than 3pts tbh.

no thats not true. can plead guitly but its up to the courts to decide. tbh 60 in a 40 is a hell of a lot more dangerous than 100 in a 70.

Still, am amazed that didnt go to court. You must have some good oral skills or something.
