Paul you don't seem to be being realistic here. Either that or you have massively overpriced how much a house costs to run in your head.

Depends entirely on what qualifications, a degree in medicine and surgery (doctor) £££ a degree in something completely useless eg sociology then no.
I have learned qualifications are sometimes useful I know a few people that are million aires that left school in 4th year. eg 2 brothers with now massive building company and a guy that quit his job to be a full time painter/artist and is raking it in.
