also when i took head off i forgot to mark the crank pulley up, how do i line it up now to the correct position?

Im no expert but it looks bad, should all be shiney and not pitted/corroded looking

Very very hard to tell from those pictures, but as long as those marks on the bores are just bits of debris they look in fine condition to me.
And the bottom pulley should have a mark on it that lines up with a mark somewhere on the block I'd have thought. When you've putting the head back on it's just a case of turning the bottom pulley until all the pistons are at halfway then going from there.

thanks alan, yeh the black bits are just bits of shit and wipe out lol the bores them self are very smooth with no scores.
thanks for the tip on the bottom pully ill do it when i get the head back from bein skimmed

there in good condition fella looks like you still have the honing marks so how's it hasn't had excessve wear,
Just clean it all up, a very fine wet n dry to remove any remaining gasket resedue on the block and head and it will be a gooden.

nout wrong with that jus clean it up,
should be a spike on the crank to line up with a notch on the crank pulley iirc
