hey all ill have had a long think about what engine to put into my corsa and im thinking about putting a 1.8 eco tech engine in because the red top engines are to common these days and want something abit diferent, im not saying the 1.8 hasent been done before but just think it is the better option, so does anyone no of any good breakers were i can pick up a complete 1.8 eco tech engine ??? let me no please because rely do want to get hold of one

I think DaveyLC would know of where to get one. Not sure on that though.

The c20xe engines are done to death for a reson, good power, cheap spares, reliable.

I think its ok to be a bit different when it comes to body styling, wheels and so on, but go for the best engine you can imo.

i like the look of the eco tech engines though dunno why they just look smart sat there if you no what i mean lol they look neat and tidy, but just let me no if people no of any places were i can pic one of these up for cheap

im going for a vectra lump m8 there on ebay cheap enough.. u just have to find one with ecu and loom, or just buy a vectra .. i think there easier to do than the redtop as u dont have to change the box and shafts
