right boys and gals... removed a cat1 alarm from dave and frans old gsi corsa, for my nova ...
marked up all wires except one thats got me puzzled , its a black wire with a purple trace and the alarm was wired into it behind the glove box ..... now on a nova this wire is for the rear wiper lol but i cant see a alarm goin to that so, what is it for on a corsa ?

was it from a gsi/sport?
if so then its prob for the central locking on the boot

yeah it was from a gsi , but i thought the boot c/l would still come from the same signal as the doors ... ie the brown and red/brown white wires ?
