normaly i just use a nedle and heat it on a lighter and pierse the nail shortly after i do such an injourey (if the nail is still there that is being misconplacent when removing a new boxer vans drive shaft isnt a good thing).. then i give it a few days and if it goes black, out comes the scalpul or cut throut razor and i cut the bugger out..
last one i did was when i decided my little toe wanted to have a fight with the door fraim, broke the toe and duffed the nail lol
