i was there when those gm panels and bits were purchased. some of which took 2-3 months to arrive as they had to be found from european gm dealers. you may find some from time to time on ebay. i sold 2 genuine gm wings for a nova for 180 quid. they were brand new never used. sold a headlamp panel brand new gm for a nova for 130 quid as you simply couldnt buy them anymore.
its an old car now. vauxhall dont list parts for a lot of their old cars. they dont list sideskirt parts for a corsa gsi anymore. special orde which may not be able to get hold of etc.
novas came out in 1979 was it? 30 years ago etc.

fair point, maybe i shouldn't jump in when i ain't got the proper knowledge, but my point still remains, that car isn't worth 3k no matter if you can never buy a nova part ever again...

every car is over priced. doesnt matter what it is, or what its up for everything is over priced. until the person who the car is aimed at comes along and its all that they ever wanted. then it will sell.

for example that. i could probably build that for under a grand. yet someone might want to pay that much for it. personally id rather have the nova.

i suppose, every car is overpriced until someone who wants it badly comes along, then its gone for the price you wanted.... all i was saying was that that nova is not worth 3k, no matter if you can't buy a cig lighter for it anymore
thats the same with anycar, stick some alloys on it, paint them, lower the car, stick a redtop in it an suddenly its worth 2-3k more

I love how people think that selling a car with 'low milage' warrents asking rediculous asking prices.
Love to see just how clean it is underneath.
