The cold weather has made my paintwork go all bubbly Fairly common thing on VX220s and Vauxhall arn't interested in warranty on it, twats.

its probably plastic so will expand and contract alot with cold weather hot engine!

i had it all over my vx, after a year of sending letters and going to various vauxhall dealers, they said its out of the three year warrenty so would only be under good will. seeing as the front end had seen some paintwork they weren't interested. i just ended up painting it myself before selling it

The car is 6 years old but Vauxhall have like an anti perforation warranty which is something like 10 years and should cover it, but they changed it so it only covers metal cars becaus so many people made claims.

Im going to keep pestering vauxhall but i dont think its bad enough yet for me to bother spending my own money on. It will really bug me in summer though

Im well used to it They told me once that my misting up light was not covered under warranty because 'its classed as a trim part.' Yeah nothing to do with it costing £250 then

Vauxhall are just complete shite.

that is worse than mine was adam
mine was a cluster of about 3 bubbles in about 10 different places,
in the summer it will bug you as its all i looked at on my black one,

Whats that kind of paint/primer you have to use on irmsher side skirts becasue they aren't solid wouldnt that help ?

i can fix it yeah, for the whole clam to be painted with just colour on the damage would be around £450 +vat.
I can do you a proper estimate if you wanna get it done, thats just off the top of my head
