I was going to give prices on the above parts but no. I don't know the car,the bearings you refer to or the size of the tires.

That will be your tracking, costs less than £20 to get sorted.
And your back wheel may be buckled, jack it up first, undo the bolts and re-align the wheel to mate with the holes, redo the bolts up tight, if it still happens, it will be something related to the alloy/wheel, if it's a steel wheel, then get a new one from scrap, they cost me £10 each to get new ones. Erm, also to test if it's the alloy and not something else, swap the wheels over and see if it comes from another side?
I'm not sure on MOT passing of these, you might pass, I don't know.

take it for the m-o-t but tell them to ring you before starting any work on the car if needed. then you can post on here and see what can be done yourself. you get 10days to fix any problems but if you do the work yourself you have to take it to be retested.
Alot of places do a free re-test if needed so ask first.
any problems i would ask the grarage to LOOK at when they do the m-o-t as they will more than likely do it for free and then u can fix it urself once you know what it is. mines due next month so good luck with yours.
sorry for the hijack but can u fail an m-o-t if the engine mnont has worn away?
