I've had a mare with my car lately, head gaskets just blown so Vauxhall ahve just fitted a new engine!
Was gonna pick it up today and they've just called me sayin my engine management lights comin on and I need an 'Exhaust Gas Circulation Valve' and it's gonna cost me a further $350, HELP!

I've been frantically ringing up other garages and none of them have heard of it, are they tryin to rape me? If so how come the engine management lights comin on?

Surely you need the EGR otherwise it wouldn't be there....wouldn't it?!?
I wanna take it to another garage but none of them have heard of it!

engine management light could be on for the air filter air sensor not being plugged in, it can be that simple, they'd be looking to take you from behind mate, take Vaux dealers with a pinch of salt
