Hmm... Maybe. If they find original parts yes, if not, I doubt it would be more to have someone fabricate bits.

You're not going to find parts for it. Everything will have to be custom built.

I'm surprised by the story - it was pushed in to the lake because there was import duty paid on it? Surely that is still the case.
