obv its different on a b to a c, but damn those tyres are thin for 17s, mind you looks ace in pics, most go for 225s as they are cheaper than 215s. 205 may give a bit stretch

I was going to say i dont think those tyres are the right size for a Vectra? I it should be something a bit chunkier like a 215/45, if you hit a pot hole with the 40s on its going to wreck your wheels really easily due to the small profile on a heavy car.

Wheels look ace though

well the tyres are on limits now so i was looking for some part worns untill i had some more money and my mate had a set of 205/40/17 there and said i could have them for £20 a tyre and they are like new so i couldnt really say no as im skint and dont want the piggys asking for more money

stu understandable if theyre that cheap and your skint... just saying on a vectra 45 wall looks best on 17s due to the arch size

205 tom - theyre 18s though and i bet they arent on a vectra?

im going to be replacing my tyres soon and 225 45 17s can be had for 150 quid a set of cheapos.... im probs going mid range though

we are planning on gettin rid of the veccy about may time and getting a zafira gsi

i put them on the rear as they are a lot more hard wearing than other stuff and i use mine to tow a lot so its better really.

yeah theyre actually great in the dry had no probs with the golfs 230 bhp, just when its wet they turn into banana skins, i would have em again
