tried fittin my decat pipe yesterday and one of the bolts had already been snapped off from the manifold joining the and as i tried undoing the other one wala it snapped!! quite anoying! went to get new bolts today HOPING to jst drill the old ones out and what bloody happend the drill diddn make much difference atall....gna av 2 take it to longlife and get them to drill holes for me quite anoying over a small thing really haha


a little tip for you all if u ever try doing this use LOADS OF WD40!!

Cobalt drill bits FTW...I have to use em everyday.

B&Q, machine mart somewhere llke that. They will certainly cut a steel bolt a lot better than a steel drill will.

Once you have drilled a hole, you could heat it up with a blow torch and use on eazy-out

Cobalt bits are pricey, but I can drill at least 75% more holes in 304Grade SS.

finally fitted naw longlife charged £30 for drilling the old bolts owt and putting a slight bit of weld on manifold as it hada small crack so over all abit pricey for what it is but well worth it!! fitted to car naw made ell ova lot of difference in power and sound PLEASED
