A clutch release bearing and a wheel bearing done on an e36 3 series?

Just a general idea would be good, someone's selling one for £300 but needs the above doing.

Anyone? I would probably replace the whole clutch as it looks lie you can get a kit for about £100, wheel bearing about £20 or so.

Does anyone know how many hours labour a clutch change takes?

Just been quoted £130 labour + cost of clutch to replace the clutch.

The bloke said the bearings are a nightmare if they've been left for a bit and that he had his own 3 series in a press shop and all sorts so wouldn't give me a price as he wouldn't do it!
