That is quite a terrible picture actually isn't it Shell.
She must wear a fuck load of make-up for videos and so on.
I wouldn't have said she looks particularly caked, but must be to hide that kind of damage.

Tbh you have no idea how old that picture is and if it is or isn't an unedited picture of her. Could just be photoshopped to fuck or made to look worse than it is.
