hiya evryone, befoure my corsa i bought a zetec s and when the logbook came back to me it said DAVIEL EVANS instead of daniel evans so i sent it back and because i had a bump in my car and it had been written off they said they wont send me the logbook back untill i take it for a v.i.c check but im not going to because ive gota corsa and i just want it gone!!
isit illegal to sell it naw without log book? any advice cheers

No its not if it needs a VIC check. If you have a car written off, you cannot get the logbook until its been repaired and VIC checked.

mine is the same mate iv fixed the damage just need to take it for a vic test then they will release the log books
