Went ot vauxhall earlier to order some bits,
while i was there i asked how much wind deflectors were, he brought them up on the screen told me how much they were etc etc,
but it said there not to be used with electric windows, even he weren't sure why,
whats the reason for this? If i got some will i be able to use them?

Yes you can use them, electric windows sometimes stick and go back down with them fitted
But if you fiddle with them a bit they work fine

they can but just a pain in the arse at times, as the window will go up but the electric windows will think something is stopping it so will come back down again and wont close properly but if you open and close a few times then the wind deflectors should move the rubbers to stop the window from opening itself after you put it up. (hope that makes sense)
FFS beaten to it.

when you fit the wind deflectors you have to put the window up slowly.

£43 because they were a 'special order', meaning they only do them to order they dont like have them in stock, was just going to get some cheaper ones off ebay or something and see what they like first

Not sure about Corsa B's but in my old C I had to put the windows up 5 times (and let them come down by themselves in between) then the feature was turned off and they werent a problem any more
