SAI blanking tutorial - Thanks to Richardhhha for this tutorial.
Tools needed:
10mm ring spanner
13mm socket with 3/4 ratchet
long 3/4 extension
Parts needed:
SAI blanking plate
SAI gasket
13mm bolt (you can use original that was holding the bracket in place)
What you need to do:
First remove the two 10mm bolts and the 13mm bolt and slide the large silver valve from the top of the manifold.

Pull the vacuum hose off the one-way valve that connects the silver valve to the one way valve.
Next, remove the two 13mm nuts that hold the SAI pump in place and the 2 pin plug thats next to it that powers the pump

now remove the 10mm bolt that holds the bracket for the valve

last thing is to fit the blanking plate..
Use either the original 13mm bolt that holds the SAI valve on or use a new 13mm bolt,
put the original gasket back in place and then bolt the plate on.

It can move so you will need to just hold it in place as you tighten the bolt. do not do this with a warm engine as you will burn yourself.
