this is not another thread about finding insurance.

i've read a couple of threads recently where people have said i can't have an engine above a 1.6 because of insurance. i've personally had an issue with insurance because of the cars engine size, its the insurance group the cars in thats impacted on the premium. the groups depend on the car and its performance not its engine size.

is it just me who goes by insurance groups not engine size

It doesn't go by groups either, it goes on that exact car combined with your exact circumstances.

i agree. but its not just the engine size that affects your insurance but some people don't seem to understand that
