Our current landlord stated when they agreed to let us have our dog that at the end of tenancy they would deduct the cost of deep cleaning carpets from deposit, which we are ok with, but roughly how much does this cost for a 3 bed semi (sqft 700 odd I believe)?

Ive had a quick Google and no one seems to give a price per xxx

You can hire a carpet cleaner for about £20 a day too, but paying someone else to do it isn't that expensive either.

They are organising the service, we agreed for it to be done by a 'professional' so no point hiring one out, although I would like to, obv they want to make sure its done

Well when my parents got it done on there 3 bed semi it cost £100 odd for a proper clean, professional came in and done it, so something around that mark I would expect.
