is the beam above or bellow the leaf springs? usually easy with leaf springs. just fit the beam axle above the springs and use lowering blocks to go as low as you want

so i just unbolt it and bolt it above the leaf spring, what are loweiring blocks? do i need to go buy anything or can i just go out there with my tool box?
