Avtur is well cheap

It would be difficult to say what would be needed to get it to run, possibly new engines. It certainly will never fly again without the paperwork, let alone the lack of maintainence. It wouldn't be a good idea to turn on a dodgy turbine engine without inspecting it for corrosion.
