Author easy way to take inlet manifold off?

title says it all really, it's a bitch to take off, especially the bottom bolts, anyone got any tips etc?

meh, gonna try undo it underneath the carb instead, then when the inlet/head is off the car I'll unbolt it when it's off the car, will be much fucking easier, cheers anyway
