yesterday i was sick about 4-5 times and now my face and neck has came up in little purple spots under the skin im guessing these are blood vessels that have maybe burst no idea but is there any creams or what not i can buy to help reduce these

I get the same thing and you're right it's burst blood vessels
AFAIK there's nothing you can do about it. They'll be gone in a few days

Pretty common for these broken blood vessels to appear if you're 'heaving' and nothings coming up, usually because you have an empty stomach, if you're feeling/being sick either way and starving yourself is making no end of difference, sip lots of water to lubricate your throat, or even just eat something light, that way when you're sick, you're not causing trauma to your muscles in your face.
