Ok moved into our new house last week and had a sales rep come to the door looking for people to sign up to VM, we thought we would see what deals they can give us see if there any better than sky from our old house..

Sales rep gave us a deal £12.50 PER month for 6 months then after £25 for the rest of the contract now we signed contract ect

today phone call to confirm stuff from someone at VM and i had said about the deal ect they said they had no info on the sales rep deal that he gave us they have us down for 2months FREE then after £29 per month!

surely we signed a contract they have to stick to the deal? ive been on the phone most of today trying to battle this out with them with no luck YET!

Ask for a copy of the contract you signed. Seems like bullshit

I have a copy infront of me but there still telling me theres no such deal on our account and they cant give that deal out to us

Then fax it to their head office and tell them they WILL honour the contract otherwise it's void and you'd like it canceled.
