My Mum wasn't sure if Faye was in bed or at work so I had to pass the message on and I'm far far away so I only contact Fazzy through MSN or CS.

Well I'm 25 and I've been on alot of wards, so trying something new isn't a strange thing for me, I have all the quals and everything to do it and the pay is better but I love my colleagues, it's a good headache to have mind you, there are people that probably wish they had my problem at the minute.

Yeah the jobs are crazy at the minute, even out trust is facing cut backs even though it has just been awarded foundation status, something to do with the local PCT being in a 34mil deficit.

Go where the money is, leave on a good note and if things don't work out, then atleast you've tried it, you shouldn't stay in certain jobs because of the people surrounding you, I know lots of people who have turned down good opportunities to further their career, solely because they like the people they work with, then a few months later, the people they didn't want to leave behind get offered another job and leave anyway.

Scrap that Tom, just got off the phone to my Mum, she's band 9 point 55, she's a heart valve consultant by speciality. Band 8 is now A-D, the new agenda came into place this year.
Faye, Mum says ring her.
did she ring? the saga continues
